Baraboo stars in ‘Discover Wisconsin’

Dozens of Baraboo Area attractions will take the spotlight this month as “Discover Wisconsin” features our community.
This half-hour television episode, funded by the Baraboo Area Chamber of Commerce, will appear in markets across Wisconsin and beyond beginning in October.
Chamber members can take a sneak peek during the episode’s premier, a special Member Appreciation Event at the Al. Ringling Theatre on Wednesday, Oct. 15. Admission costs $10. The event will be catered by The Relish Tray Bistro. A cash bar will be available.
Doors will open at 5 p.m., with a program at 6:30 featuring an on-stage discussion with our producer, Lindsey Hayes, who is a Sauk County native. The “Discover Wisconsin” episode will be shown on the big screen at 7 p.m. Please register here.

“Discover Wisconsin” reaches millions of viewers through a combination of network, cable, and satellite stations, and through its digital presence across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
The episode about Baraboo highlights a legion of Chamber members. In addition to showcasing attractions like Devil’s Lake and Circus World, the Baraboo episode visits our local wineries, the Ochsner Park Zoo and Downtown Baraboo. One problem: Baraboo has so much going for it, we couldn’t fit everything into a half-hour television show!
