Chamber hosts meeting with police chief

Baraboo Police Chief Justin Carloni will host a public safety meeting on Tuesday, April 28, from 10 to 11 a.m., at the Baraboo Area Chamber of Commerce.
The meeting is open to all Chamber members.
“I’m interested in hearing from Chamber members what their concerns are related to public safety,” Chief Carloni said. “In my first year as Police Chief, I have spent a lot of time listening to my constituents in order to understand how we can improve the service levels we provide. This meeting is part of my ongoing efforts to listen to business owners and taxpayers to move the Police Department forward.”
Among the topics that will be covered will be an update on the Flock Safety License Plate Recognition Camera System that was installed in Baraboo last year.
The meeting also will include time for a question-and-answer session with Chief Carloni.
Attendees are asked to RSVP to Executive Director George Althoff at director@baraboochamber.com.
