Mark your calendars for Jan. 25 dinner

Planning is well under way for the Baraboo Area Chamber of Commerce annual meeting and dinner on Thursday, Jan. 25, 2024, at the Baraboo Arts Banquet and Convention Center.
We’ve decided not to mess with a winning formula, so the format will be the same as the previous two years – social time with food and drink supplied by select members, followed by the annual meeting, remarks, and business awards ceremony. The theme for the annual dinner will be “Together We Grow,” reflective of the synergistic relationships we have with our many stakeholders and 380-plus members.
Once again, the lineup of food vendors is stellar, led by first-timers Driftless Glen Distillery and Draft City Taproom. Tumbled Rock Brewery & Kitchen is back after a one-year hiatus, and Trisha’s Cottage Kitchen & Catering is back by popular demand. As for beverages, we have commitments from the Al. Ringling Brewery, Tumbled Rock, Driftless Glen and new-to-the-party Baraboo Bluff Winery. There also will be a cash bar staffed by the fine folks at the Arts Center.

Registration will open at 5 p.m. Social time with heavy hors d’oeuvres and beverages will run from 5:30 to 7 p.m. in the Ringling Room. Then the festivities move to the Gollmar Room for a brief program, followed by the presentation of our awards for 2023 – Business of the Year, Tourism, Community Service, Rising Star, the President’s Award, and the Chris Anderson Ambassador of the Year.
If your business was a Partner Package sponsor in 2023, then you already have a table of eight reserved for you. We just need to know the names of those who will be attending. You can log that information directly into ChamberMaster by clicking on this link, or you can email the names of your guests to memberrelations@baraboochamber.com. Having the names of attendees well in advance is helpful so that we can make sure name tags are ready.
A limited number of sponsored tables of eight are available for $400, which includes pre-event publicity as a sponsor. Chamber holiday hours
The Chamber office will be closed on Monday, Dec. 25, and Monday, Jan. 1. To all of our members, their families and their employees, we wish you a happy and prosperous holiday season.
