Former Brewers Reliever Coming In For Save

Former Brewers reliever coming in for save

We have a late substitution in our lineup of celebrity Big Top Parade judges. Former Milwaukee Brewers pitcher and current team broadcaster Tim Dillard will replace Sarah Carlson of WISCTV, who had an unanticipated conflict.
“Who better to come in for a save than a former big-league relief pitcher?” asked George Althoff, Executive Director of the Baraboo Area Chamber of Commerce.
Dillard pitched for the Brewers for four seasons. After retiring from baseball, he moved to the team broadcast booth. Using the quirky sense of humor that has gained him a sizeable social media audience, Dillard delights fans before, during and after Brewers games with quips and movie references.
Dillard joins a panel featuring Alice in Dairyland Sarah Hagenow and retiring Wisconsin Public Radio legend Larry Meiller. The judges ride in the parade, then take their places at the judges’ stand to choose the top three entries.
